		<description>I think the Czech Presidency and even the Czech Republic will be associated with this project for a hundred years. Although I have reservations about some aspects of the project, I&#039;m extremely impressed and I hope that I will be able to see Cerny&#039;s work in Brussels on the 26th if they don&#039;t tear it apart.  At last the EU is in the American news and I think the audience is impressed!</description>
