about us

Welcome to one of the most popular pages on this blog! (Isn’t that weird??)

Who is Who?

So I guess you want to know more about this blog and some private details about the strange bloggers that write this blog “Kosmopolito”? Well, the easy answer is: just read the blog and I am sure you’ll figure out… Anyway, this blog is the new version of the reasonably successful Kosmopolit blog.

In a nutshell: Kosmopolito covers topics related to politics and culture from a European perspective. Mostly  EU politics, with a dash of Eastern Europe and  the occasional rant about international politics – and everything else the authors consider as being interesting and important… (did that really help?) The word “Kosmopolito” comes from Esperanto and can be translated as cosmopolitan. And you can also get in touch with us here.

What else would you like to know? Maybe something about the authors:

- Kosmopolit (Andreas) is working on his PhD dealing with “European Foreign Policy”. Location varies, but most of the time you can find him somewhere between the UK, Belgium, Germany and (South) Eastern Europe. He was the editor of the first edition of Think about it and he also co-founded  bloggingportal.eu. Follow him on twitter @kosmopolit

- Anda, a Brussels insider, EU specialist and e-learning enthusiast. This is her on twitter: @anda19

- Tanchi, multi-talented culture geek. Lives close to different EU borders in East and West.

- Doru, project management professional. Lives in a former European capital of culture.
