Nigel Farage is your typical opportunist right-winger, a tirade of personal insults and no real substance about the the guys ability to do the job.
It’s early days yet and although Herman does fall short on charisma it’s hard to tell if he is up to the job.

If Farage hadn’t so idiotically called Belgium a “non-country” and insulted Van Rompuy’s appearance, he might have been taken more seriously (but probably wouldn’t have made it to YouTube).
