		<description>What little I have seen from Serbia is that in practice they take the European economic and social model as seriously as any candidate country. Serbia is very similar to other Central European countries, it has very similar problems and it is on a way of a very similar transition. I agree with the Kozmopolit joint-view.</description>

While the article is not 100% clear it seems that the reasons are resource problems in the EU&#039;s translation and legal language services and the SAA with Serbia might be signed in June, together with the one of bosnia.</description>
